Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This policy describes how the Brondt Cook Group, a team operating under Acre Mortgage and Financial, Inc. (NMLS #13988), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information.
1. Who we are
The Brondt Cook Group is a mortgage lending team operating under Acre Mortgage and Financial, Inc., a licensed mortgage lender and broker. Our office is located at 1805 Springdale Road, Unit 1 and 2, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. Company NMLS #13988. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to the Brondt Cook Group and Acre Mortgage and Financial, Inc. as applicable.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, employment information, income, assets, liabilities, Social Security Number (during the loan application process), property details, and any other information you submit through forms, surveys, phone calls, emails, text messages, or in-person consultations.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, click data, and cookies or similar tracking technologies. We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and HighLevel tracking to collect this information.
Information from third parties: Credit reporting agencies (with your authorization), lead generation platforms, real estate agents, financial institutions, and publicly available sources.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to evaluate and process your mortgage application or inquiry; to communicate with you about your loan status, documents, and related matters; to respond to your requests for information, resources, or consultations; to schedule appointments and deliver requested services; to send educational content, market updates, and promotional communications (with your consent); to send text messages and automated communications (with your express consent); to improve our website, services, and marketing efforts; to comply with legal and regulatory requirements; to detect and prevent fraud; and to enforce our terms of service.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate our business, including our CRM platform, email service providers, scheduling tools, analytics providers, and technology platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the services they perform on our behalf.
Mortgage processing: In connection with your loan application, we may share your information with lenders, underwriters, appraisers, title companies, insurance providers, settlement agents, and other parties necessary to process, close, and service your mortgage.
Legal and regulatory: We may disclose information as required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, including to comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and applicable state regulations.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) notice
As a mortgage lender and broker, Acre Mortgage and Financial, Inc. is a "financial institution" subject to the privacy provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Regulation P. We collect nonpublic personal information ("NPI") about you from information you provide on applications and forms, information about your transactions with us or others, and information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.
We do not disclose NPI about our customers or former customers to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted or required by law. We restrict access to your NPI to those employees and service providers who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect your NPI. You may receive a separate GLBA privacy notice from Acre Mortgage and Financial, Inc. as part of the loan application process.
6. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and communications consent
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as amended, and the FCC's implementing regulations.
Express written consent: By submitting a form, survey, or other opt-in mechanism on this website or through our marketing materials, and by checking or agreeing to a consent disclosure, you provide your prior express written consent for us to contact you using automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and/or text messages at the phone number(s) you provide, including for marketing purposes. This consent applies to calls and texts from the Brondt Cook Group and Acre Mortgage and Financial, Inc. only (one-to-one consent) and is not shared with or transferred to other companies for their independent use.
AI-generated communications: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) technology to generate voice messages, text messages, or other automated communications. In accordance with the FCC's February 2024 Declaratory Ruling, AI-generated voice calls are treated as "artificial or prerecorded voice" calls under the TCPA. Your consent to receive automated communications includes consent to receive communications generated or assisted by AI technology. We will identify AI-generated communications where required by applicable law.
Consent is not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive automated calls or text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, service, or product.
Message frequency and charges: Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and revocation: You may revoke your consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to any text message, calling us at (856) 522-4873, emailing myloanteam@acremortgage.com, or informing us verbally during a phone call. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by current FCC regulations.
Do Not Call: We maintain an internal Do-Not-Call list and honor the National Do-Not-Call Registry. We will not make telemarketing calls before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone.
Consent records: We maintain records of all consent obtained, including timestamps, IP addresses, the specific consent language agreed to, and the source of the opt-in. These records are retained for a minimum of five years.
State-specific requirements: Certain states have additional requirements for telephone and text communications. In Virginia (SB 1339, effective January 2026), we honor text message opt-outs with enhanced retention requirements. In Texas (SB 140, effective September 2025), text solicitations are subject to the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. We comply with all applicable state-specific communication laws in addition to federal TCPA requirements.
7. SMS/text messaging terms
By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following: We may send text messages related to your mortgage inquiry or application status, appointment confirmations and reminders, educational content and resources, market updates and rate information, and promotional offers and marketing communications.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (856) 522-4873 or myloanteam@acremortgage.com. Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
A2P 10DLC compliance: Our SMS messaging campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and comply with applicable carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging via 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers.
Your mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Use of artificial intelligence
Marketing content: We may use AI tools to assist in creating marketing materials, social media content, email campaigns, and educational resources. AI-generated content is reviewed by our team before publication.
Automated communications: As described in Section 6, we may use AI to generate or assist with voice calls, text messages, and other automated communications with your prior express consent.
Chatbots and virtual assistants: We may use AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants. If you interact with an AI system, we will disclose that fact where required by applicable state law. You may request to speak with a human representative at any time.
AI does not make lending decisions: We do not use AI or automated decision-making systems to make credit decisions, determine loan eligibility, or set loan terms. All lending decisions are made by licensed human professionals in accordance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and the Fair Housing Act.
Data and AI training: We do not use your personal information to train AI models that are sold to or used by third parties. In accordance with proposed New Jersey Data Privacy Act regulations, we will obtain your consent before using any personal data for training artificial intelligence systems.
9. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to analyze website traffic, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve your experience. These include essential cookies required for the website to function, analytics cookies to understand visitor behavior, and advertising cookies to deliver relevant advertising and track campaign performance.
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We honor "Do Not Track" browser signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable state law.
10. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Personal information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) is exempt from the CCPA/CPRA.
For information collected outside the scope of GLBA, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); correct inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

11. New Jersey residents (NJDPA)
If you are a New Jersey resident, you may have rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA), effective January 15, 2025. Subject to applicable exemptions (including information governed by GLBA), you may have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data; access, correct, or delete your personal data; obtain a copy in a portable format; and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling.
We recognize and honor universal opt-out mechanisms, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as required since July 15, 2025. The NJDPA classifies financial information as sensitive data. We process financial data only with your consent and only for the purposes of evaluating and processing your mortgage application. We do not use your personal data for targeted advertising.

12. Pennsylvania residents
Pennsylvania does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law comparable to the CCPA or NJDPA. We comply with Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Information Notification Act and all other applicable state laws. If Pennsylvania enacts comprehensive privacy legislation, we will update this policy accordingly.
13. Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, secure storage systems, and employee training. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Mortgage-related records are retained in accordance with federal and state requirements. Consent records are retained for a minimum of five years. Marketing data is retained until you opt out or request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
15. Children's privacy
Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will promptly delete it.
16. Third-party links and services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and embed third-party services, including scheduling tools, survey platforms, webinar platforms, and social media widgets. These third parties have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
