Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Our SMS messaging is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and complies with carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging via 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers.

8. AI-generated content and communications

We may use artificial intelligence technology in various aspects of our operations, including but not limited to generating or assisting with marketing content, social media posts, email campaigns, text messages, voice calls, chatbots, and educational materials. In accordance with the FCC's February 2024 Declaratory Ruling, AI-generated voice communications are subject to the same TCPA requirements as traditional prerecorded or artificial voice calls.

AI is not used to make lending decisions. All credit decisions, loan eligibility determinations, and loan terms are made by licensed human professionals in compliance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), the Fair Housing Act, and all applicable regulations.
